Customer Success Executive Tony Beal Ltd is a manufacturer of commercial textile products for a number of industries, including oil and gas, defence, modular, construction, airmotive, automotive, transportation, leisure, agriculture, engineering and construction. Located in Glasgow with over 70 employees, we have a fleet of sales vans which cover most of mainland Britain. About the Customer Success Executive role: Working in our Cumbernauld office 5 days a week Acting as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the enquiry-to-delivery process. Ensuring all customer requirements are understood, documented, and translated accurately into orders. Coordinating closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Logistics to keep projects on track. Supporting junior team members and helping maintain consistent commercial processes. Driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication, accuracy, and efficient service delivery. Contributing to sales growth by nurturing relationships and identifying improvement opportunities. Customer Success Executive will be responsible for: Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date customer records, pricing, and CRM data.
