Customer Success Account HandlerLocation: Needham Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £28,700 (DOE) Working Hours: 08:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday (30-minute unpaid lunch break) and 08:00am - 12.30pm FridayWe are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Account Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering a highly responsive service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by managing their enquiries and sales orders efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to achieving the company''s annual targets.Day-to-Day of the Role:Provide a professional, customer-focused service, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Respond to customer queries through various communication channels such as Teams, phone, email, and post.Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by adhering to the correct processes and methods.Proactively promote the company''s product range to the existing customer base, with opportunities for additional training.Attend client meetings as necessary to help build and maintain relationships.Update computer-based systems (Membrain/Nulogy) efficiently and accurately.Handle administrative tasks such as creating new product codes, booking deliveries, arranging transport, and ..... full job details .....
