This is a varied and commercially focused role, working closely with Hub Managers, operational teams and National Accounts to maximise fulfilment, improve client outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.The Role Act as the regional point of contact for portal-based client activity across the NorthMonitor client requirements and ensure opportunities are communicated to the relevant Hubs and actioned quicklyWork closely with Hub Managers and Consultants to maximise fulfilment and increase regional revenueBuild and maintain strong relationships with National Accounts and internal stakeholdersIdentify gaps, barriers and opportunities, working collaboratively to find solutionsSupport the implementation and mobilisation of new National Account opportunitiesMonitor performance, KPIs and activity to identify trends and areas for improvementShare best practice across Hubs and provide additional support where performance is below expectationsHelp deliver excellent customer service while supporting the growth and ..... full job details .....
