Salary: £25,000 - £31,000, 25 days hols plus stats Hours: Monday Friday. 7:30am 4.30pm Role Overview Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Customer Service and Sales Support Executive to become one of the first points of contact for their UK customers. This is a varied role where you''ll support customers throughout their journey, work closely with the sales team and help ensure projects move smoothly from enquiry through to quotation. Rather than simply processing administration, you''ll play an important part in creating an excellent customer experience and helping the sales team convert more opportunities. As our client continues to invest in AI and automation, many of the technical quoting processes will be supported by intelligent systems, allowing you to focus on what matters most, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.
