This is a varied and fast-paced role offering the opportunity to support customer relationships, maintain service standards and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Working closely with the Customer Success Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent and high-quality customer experience.   Key Responsibilities   . Raising, checking and approving sales orders to ensure complete accuracy  . Organising customer samples and swatches as required  .
