Customer Solutions Manager - 12 months contract, Global Media & Entertainment, Telco Programme

Overview
You will be a trusted advisor to your customer. You will leverage your program management, technical, organizational, and transformation expertise to understand your customer''s business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive the implementation to success by working with the customer, AWS, and our partners. You will understand your customers'' biggest IT challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance, based on AWS best practices, to guide them through the obstacles.Responsibilities
Value Realization: Identify and accelerate the customer\''s realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other appropriate initiatives.Enablement: Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other approaches.Governance: Establish and mature operating models and structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms.Day-to-day engagement: Balance time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal AWS teams and services to help customers on their cloud journey; apply technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems; define opportunities strategic to the customer\''s cloud journey (e.g., migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, business agility) and coordinate with partner and cross-functional teams to deliver adoption and migration strategies.Delivery execution: Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigate risks, and operate in ambiguous environments; share best practice learnings for internal reuse.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience driving customer initiatives including customer-facing work and leveraging technology to deliver projectsExperience in project management and delivery and/or program managementDemonstrated technical breadth in AWS and/or cloud fundamentalsBachelor\''s degree or equivalent experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in external customer-facing role(s) with UK Telco customers and understanding of the Telco industryAWS certification(s) and/or other cloud provider certification(s)1+ years implementing AWS/cloud servicesPMP or project management related certification (SCRUM/Agile, Prince2, PgMP, Six Sigma, SAFe, etc.)Effective communication skills including progress updates, risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment/tracking, presentations, technical content, and public speakingAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
