Infrastructure concepts: Networking, authentication, IAM Containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of: DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines Databases (SQL andamp; NoSQL). Agile/Scrum certifications. ITIL (for service-oriented environments). Experience with RFPs, proposals, andamp; SOWs. 3-8+ years in roles such as a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer.
