Customer Solution ArchitectCustomer Solution ArchitectLocation: West Midlands (Hybrid working) Type: PermanentWe are looking for a commercially aware and consultative Customer Solution Architect (CSA) to take full ownership of solution design throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.Working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams, you will act as the technical lead and trusted solution owner across client engagements, from early qualification and discovery through to handover into delivery.A key part of the role is developing a deep understanding of each client''s business, the challenges they face, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve.
