Customer Solution Advisor – St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 OTE | Hours: Monday–Friday, office-based (usual office hours)

Our client is launching a brand-new Customer Solution Sales Team within their vibrant and busy call centre in St Ives. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing team and be part of something exciting from the very start.
Start Date: 15th September
Interviews: Scheduled for next week
Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and courteously
Building rapport to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Confidently handling objections and turning interest into confirmed sales
Following up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to maximise conversion rates
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and KPIs
Meeting or exceeding individual performance targets
Retail sales experience, customer service sales experience, fundraising, or any sales-related background is desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
