Customer Service/Sales Administrator

Customer Service/Sales Administrator Job Your new company A well-established retail organisation based in Nottingham. Your new role You will be responsible for a variety of customer-facing tasks including outbound calls to existing customers to uphold aftersales service, encouraging positive reviews, handling inbound calls, responding to reports about faults and queries about products and booking engineer appointments as required. You will be using the Salesforce CRM system on a daily basis, following GDPR regulations and completing additional tasks to support the business as required.
