Customer Services Team Leader Nantwich Permanent £27,000 We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Services Team Leader to join our client s organisation based on the outskirts of Nantwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach to support and develop a busy Customer Services function within a fast-paced environment. Supporting the wider business, duties will include: Co-ordinating the customer services function and team to ensure smooth and efficient operations Allocating and prioritising workloads effectively across the team Leading, motivating, and developing team members through training and coaching Managing holiday and absence cover to maintain service levels Implementing procedures and systems to improve operational efficiency Managing a busy switchboard and handling a high volume of inbound calls Screening calls, taking messages, and responding to customer enquiries Processing customer orders, amendments, cancellations, and pricing using in-house systems Assisting with transport and scheduling administration when required Liaising with internal departments including Transport, Technical, Production, and Raw Materials Completing general administrative duties as required The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Team Leader, ideally within a Customer Services or Helpdesk environment and will be confident working within a fast-paced setting.
