You will become a key employee and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. You will provide accurate and professional support across a range of enquiries, ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service via telephone and email.Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from relevant colleagues and prospective customers.Process orders accurately and efficiently.Investigate customer queries, resolve issues wherever possible and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.Make proactive outbound calls to customers regarding account information, products and services.Support the Finance team by processing payments securely over the telephone or online where required.Respond to customer enquiries relating to payments and account information.Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues, concerns or potential service impacts are communicated promptly.Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous reception service.Contact customers regarding items that require further information or replacement.Register and maintain accurate customer records within internal ..... full job details .....
