The Role You''ll be contacting existing and previous customers by phone and email, building rapport, gathering insights, and creating positive customer experiences. This isn''t a hard-sales position. The focus is on customer engagement and relationship building, although you''ll identify opportunities to introduce customers back into the sales journey where appropriate.
