Customer Services Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service while coordinating multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

You''ll be responsible for managing service requests from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional experience throughout. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, you''ll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.-

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service enquiries and requests from initial contact through to completion.-
• Coordinate engineers and specialist contractors to deliver service activities efficiently.
• Prepare and issue quotations and supporting documentation.-
• Monitor ongoing jobs and provide customers with timely progress updates.
• Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting and administration.-
• Support invoicing, purchasing and general operational processes.-
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.-

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service, administration, planning or coordination role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn.
