You will develop in-depth knowledge of their product range, enabling you to confidently support both potential and existing customers with their enquiries.You will be communicating with customers across multiple channels including phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, email, and SMS, using a digital ticketing system (Gorgias).Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries across multiple channels via the Gorgias ticketing systemProvide clear, helpful, and high-quality responses to ensure customer issues are resolved efficientlyFollow standard processes for returns, exchanges, and general customer supportWork a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekendsAdapt quickly to new processes and changes within the businessWork collaboratively with the team to maintain and improve the company''s 4.7/Excellent Trustpilot ratingIdeal CandidateWe are looking for motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about the outdoors and enjoy helping others.
