This role is based in Stockton-on-Tees and will support the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with customer and business requirements. You will work closely with internal departments, customers, logistics providers, service partners and finance colleagues to support order updates, despatch activity, shipping documentation, invoice creation and customer administration.
