Working with large commercial business, this will see you working for a manufacturing business who manufacture within bespoke packaging. Working within a modern office within a team of 5, the customer services administrator role will see you :Acting as the first point of contact within the business for inbound client callsManaging existing and new customer enquiriesTo understand client requirements and produce quotations in a timely mannerUsing Abaca ERP systems to produce quotations and maintain client informationGeneral administration as required The successful candidate working as a customer services administrator will have a need to hold experience working within a supplier or manufacturing industry, hold ERP or CRM system experience plus additional IT competencies. Experience within customer services is key for this role with additional experience in producing quotations via an ERP system to supply to clients and enquiries.
