Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to support their busy operations team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who has gained around 6-12 months'' experience in an administration or customer service role and is looking to build their skills in a supportive office environment. Reporting to the Service Manager, you''ll provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Provide excellent customer service and ensure queries are resolved promptly. Prepare customer quotations and supporting documentation. Update and maintain accurate customer records using the company''s internal system.
