Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Vauxhall, London About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Vauxhall. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality aftercare service to residents, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from legal completion through the two-year warranty period and beyond. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing a professional and responsive service at all times Manage and coordinate all customer enquiries, defects, and service requests efficiently Deliver a seamless aftercare experience from legal completion through the warranty period and beyond Liaise with and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of reported issues Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with residents regarding progress and outcomes Support the wider Customer Service team in maintaining high standards of service delivery Monitor and track defects and service requests to ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes Uphold company standards of excellence and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction About You Proven experience in a customer service or aftercare role, ideally within housing, construction, or property Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A proactive and problem-solving approach Ability ..... full job details .....
