We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service / Complaints Handlers for a leading global financial services organisation in Redhill. This is a fast-paced, regulated environment where you''ll manage customer complaints from receipt through to resolution, ensuring fair, accurate, and compliant outcomes.Customer Service / Complaints Handlers Redhill £15.66 per hour Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Temporary (up to 6 months) Start Date: TBCKey Responsibilities:Handling customer complaints via phone and written communication.Investigating issues and identifying resolutions.Writing clear, professional responses.Liaising with internal teams and third parties.Maintaining accurate case records and meeting service standards.What We are Looking For:Previous customer service or complaints experience.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage high workloads in a busy environment.Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach.Initial office-based training, followed by hybrid working.
