This is a fully onsite role and a 12-month maternity cover contract.Key ResponsibilitiesManage job rating, rate checks, invoicing, and creditsResolve queries, review RCNs, and check chargesMaintain rate screens and oversee the shared mailboxSupport customer service admin (emails, bookings, call overs, data input)Liaise with customers, internal teams, and IT supportAssist with general admin and provide holiday coverAbout YouStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)Excellent communication and attention to detailReliable, organised, and willing to learn new systemsFull driving licence required (office location requires own transport)Please get in touch with Alex in the Basildon office for an informal chat about this role.
