Customer Service Team Leader
We are seeking a proactive and driven Customer Service Team Leader to join our client''s team in Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader or customer service professional to step into a leadership role, supporting both the day-to-day operations and the development of a team of customer service agents Working on a rotational shift basis between 6:00am and 8:00pm, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding service delivery while fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee daily team performance to ensure service levels, KPIs and quality standards are consistently metAct as a first point of escalation for customer queries and issuesMonitor workloads and allocate resources effectivelySupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experienceTeam Management and HR SupportProvide guidance, coaching and ongoing support to customer service agentsConduct 1-2-1s, performance reviews and development planningAssist with onboarding and training of new team membersSupport with HR-related processes including absence management, performance management and employee engagement initiativesAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is confident, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a customer service leadership or senior roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing performance and ..... full job details .....
