This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who is ready to take ownership of a small team while remaining hands-on with customers day to day. You''ll be managing a team of two within a busy customer-facing environment, helping to ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service from their first interaction through to resolution. The Role As Customer Service Team Leader, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the customer service function while remaining actively involved in the operation.
