Customer Service Team Leader

Huntswood is looking for an experienced Team Leader with financial services experience to join an exciting project for the commercial section of a leading financial services company. If you have excellent communication skills, experience leading a team of customer service professional and a passion for providing an excellent service, then we have a great role for you.This role will involve leading a team who are using telephone, chat and email you will be responsible for proactively supporting clients in their transition to several migrations including product or payment service changes.
