Your new role As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing advice, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You are primarily responsible for front-line customer interaction, and you''ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and global corporate teams.
