This is for someone who knows how to  run a busy service desk properly, keep customers happy, and keep the workshop full without it turning into chaos.     THE ROLE    You’ll be the go-to person for customers from the moment they book in to the moment they drive away.  Managing bookings and keeping the workshop loaded correctly Keeping customers updated (no chasing, no guessing) Creating job cards, invoices, and accurate estimates Spotting opportunities to upsell services in a way that actually makes sense Working closely with Parts to make sure everything is ready when it needs to be  It’s fast-paced, it’s busy, and it needs someone who stays organised and in control.
