Position: Customer Service/Scheduling Specialist
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: -26,000 - -28,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

What You''ll Do:
In this role, you''ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, engineers, and our team. Your key responsibilities will include:


Customer Interaction: prioritise and process customer queries and orders through telephone and email.
Scheduling: Arrange planned maintenance and coordinate small works with our team of engineers and customers.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all callouts are completed according to client KPIs and our internal SLAs.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints swiftly and patiently while maintaining our CRM system.
Invoicing: Provide accurate customer invoicing and maintain thorough records.
Collaboration: Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

What We''re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:


A proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.
Clear, accurate, and timely communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in liaising with engineers and managing schedules is preferred.
A flexible approach to your work, with the confidence to tackle various tasks.
