We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Chesterfield. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate. The Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience at every stage. You will play a key role in coordinating appointments and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities Scheduling appointments and organising customer visits Contacting customers by telephone and email to arrange suitable appointment times Managing diaries and coordinating schedules effectively Liaising with internal teams to ensure appointments are booked efficiently About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in administration and customer service Confident speaking with customers over the phone Well organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities What''s on Offer?
