This role is perfect for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to make an impact in a growth sector. As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers, supporting them in using the company s payment platform, and helping them make the most of the solutions offered. You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, provide guidance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role also involves identifying ways to continuously improve the customer journey, handling customer administration, operational and support queries, and assisting the sales team with high-quality customer support.
