Monday to Friday | 3:00pm - 12:00am BST

TeamJobs is recruiting 9 English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an exciting temporary automotive recall project with our client, Konecta.

This is a non-sales customer service role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience.

As a Recall Support Specialist, you''ll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
• Contacting repair centres, dealerships and installers regarding a product safety recall
• Explaining the recall process and gathering customer information
• Assisting consumers with recall enquiries
• Accurately updating customer records

• Fluent English speakers
• Previous customer service or call centre experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident using computer systems
• Available to start at short notice

• Competitive hourly pay
• Enhanced rate after 10pm
• Hybrid working (likely working from home due to the late finish)
• Monday to Friday working - no weekends
