Customer Service RepresentativeOldburyMonday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm - Friday from 8.30am to 4pmSalary from £35,000 to £40,000 Depending on ExperienceMy client, who is a global leader in water chemistry, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Role: Processing and following-up Customer orders. Answering Customers'' requests and ensuring Customer intimacy Executing related import / export activities Ensuring compliance with internal and local rules and regulations, in order to ensure business continuity Responsibilities: - Daily interaction with Customers, Sales Managers, Credit Control, Order Fulfilmentdepts.- Replying to customers enquiries and connecting them with correct contactsinternally when required- Checking daily report to progress status of the outstanding orders- Order Entry related to the company site, including OandG orders from otherproduction sites- Confirming details to customers- Keeping customers update on delivery issues/dates etc.- Credit and Debit notes- Returns requests- Input of Complaints - Input/updating of pricing, customer records- Assisting to raise new accounts/Ship to etc- Arranging credit release of orders with accounts department- Chasing customers for payment when required- Cover and offer assistance to fellow CSRs at holiday times etc.- Preparation of documentation for banking systems Letters of credit - andcollections.- Maintaining orders with OTIF codes where necessary.
