Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex customer accounts, handling both domestic and export orders, resolving queries, and acting as a key point of support for customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders. The role would suit someone with strong order management experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Processing customer sales orders accurately and within agreed deadlines. Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and electronic communication channels. Handling complex customer requirements, order amendments, complaints and queries. Managing all levels of order complexity, including export orders, certifications and associated documentation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Acting as a liaison between customers, sales teams and other departments. Providing timely updates regarding orders, deliveries and product availability. Assisting with shipping coordination, inventory enquiries, plant schedules and sales activities.
