Customer Service Representative

Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside their client based in Chapeltown who are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a-Fixed term duration of 12 months.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;

• Processing orders
• Liaising with the sales team and other key stakeholders
• Being the point of contact for customer for any queries, issues and updates
• Entering and updating order information within the system
• Key account management

Candidate Requirements for the Customer Service Representative role:

• Experience of working within a customer service environment
• Good written and verbal skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience of using ERP systems

The right candidate will be pro-active and a positive addition to the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service.
