Full training is provided, and adaptability is key.Day-to-day duties of the role:Ensure the daily tasks of logistics and customer administration are completed efficiently.Interact effectively with the Transport, Despatch, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain prompt and effective communication within the Customer Service team.Manage clear and accurate communications in all interactions with clients and team members.Utilise PC skills to manage data and correspondence through Outlook, Word, and Metafour.Required Skills and Qualifications:PC literate, with working ability in Outlook, Word, and Metafour (preferred but not required).Good numeracy and literacy skills.Previous experience in logistics and customer service is advantageous but not essential.Excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills.Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.Good problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, flexibility, and a customer-focused, service-oriented attitude.Ability ..... full job details .....
