This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. As a key member of the Customer Care team, you will act as the central point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring exceptional service levels while supporting the efficient flow of orders throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete customer order cycle from order receipt through to delivery, invoicing and payment resolution. Act as the primary contact for customers and the sales team on administrative and supply chain matters. Provide accurate product, order and pricing information to customers. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolutions. Maintain customer records and data within SAP. Coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
