Customer Service Representative

Our client, a growing business within the retail industry, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, due to business growth. • The successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Previous experience using a customer service or CRM platform is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat
• Confidence when speaking with customers and suppliers
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving

In this role, the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

• Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
• Using the company’s customer service platform to manage and update customer enquiries
• Providing advice on orders, product availability, and bespoke options
• Chasing suppliers and updating customers on order progress and delivery times
• Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Supporting sales opportunities and carrying out general administrative duties

Our client is offering the successful Customer Service Advisor a salary of £12.71 per hour, working Monday, Thursday and Friday, plus benefits including company pension, employee discount, company events, onsite parking, and annual leave.
