Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

Salary: -competitive-DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Full time, 6 month contract but likely to go permanent for the right candidate

Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Our client based in Saffron Walden, Essex is seeking an Customer Service Representative to join there team and help provide an outstanding service to their customers.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with customers via telephone and email
• Preparing quotes
• Processing purchase orders on-system
• Investigating queries and updating customer
• Updating customers of any delays with orders
• Advising customers on products
• General administration as required.

An ideal Customer Service Representative will have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM and order processing systems
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Good people skills.
