Customer Service Representative Brighton (Portslade)37.5 hours per week£26,000 per annum The Opportunity On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established, globally operating organisation within the engineering and manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working within a fast-paced commercial environment.The Role Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high level of customer service while supporting internal sales and operational functions. This is a varied position requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicating with customers via email and telephone, providing updates on commercial mattersCreating new customer accounts and maintaining accurate records for existing clientsProcessing customer orders using ERP systems and responding to order progress enquiriesManaging invoicing and order acknowledgement processesHandling quotations and supporting contract review activitiesProviding support to external Sales EngineersProcessing customer claims, returns, and creditsUpdating and maintaining CRM systemsLiaising with European sales teams to gather information and support customer requestsAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service or similar administrative roleEducated to GCSE level (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths (or equivalent)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ..... full job details .....
