You will play a key role in supporting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams and external clients.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner.Provide updates on deliveries, orders, and logistics queries.Liaise with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to resolve issues.Track and record customer interactions using internal systems.Manage and escalate customer complaints where necessary.Support colleagues with general administrative tasks.Maintain high standards of customer care and service delivery.Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.What We OfferCompetitive annual salary ..... full job details .....
