Customer Service Representative Location: NorthamptonSalary: 27,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)Start Date: ASAPContract Type: PermanentSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 The Role:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our ever-growing client''s team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is all about delivering exceptional service to their clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. Provide accurate quotes and resolve any queries efficiently.Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress.Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care.Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams. Requirements:Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
