Customer Service Representative - Banking

As a Customer Service Representative, a typical day will see you handling calls and dealing with enquiries regarding payments, setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat and/or email. As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer''s individual needs.
