Your key responsibilities will include:Tracking and Reporting:- Log all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system or Excel - Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses - Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targetsCollaboration:- Work closely with the Sales Teams to share generated leads - Communicate customer insights to enhance outreach strategiesOrder Processing Management:- Accurately input new orders into our ERP system - Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines - Monitor outstanding orders and communicate lead timesOrder Planning and Dispatch:- Liaise with production planning for timely dispatch of materials - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for shipmentsNew Business Development:- Qualify and convert inbound leads (hot, warm, cold) - Conduct high volume outbound calls to potential customers - Introduce our products/services and generate interest - Schedule follow up calls and appointments for Account ..... full job details .....
