This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operational support within a vibrant student accommodation community.If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be Doing Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Support community events and activities that enhance the resident experience.Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.
