Customer Service Advisor Salary: £13.00 per hourContract Type: TemporaryHours: Monday Friday, 08 30Location: Portsmouth We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy site in Portsmouth on a temporary basis. This is a customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, answering queries and helping to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service throughout the process. The role would suit someone who enjoys dealing with people, is confident communicating face-to-face and over the phone, and is comfortable working in a busy environment where there are multiple priorities to manage. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the process Deal with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email Provide regular updates and keep customers informed of progress Answer customer queries and resolve concerns professionally Manage customer expectations around timescales and appointments Book jobs and appointments into the relevant systems Follow up and chase outstanding information where required Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly Arrange vehicle collections and deliveries where required Coordinate courtesy vehicles for customers when necessary Assist with vehicle handovers and ensure customers receive a professional service Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately About You We are looking for ..... full job details .....
