Customer Service Specialist (Import/Export) Birmingham City Centre £30,000 Hours: 7.00am 3.30pm Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences on a global scale? We re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join a team and support customers across the Middle East and African region. This is a fast-paced role and you will take responsibility for the customer from point of order to delivery. From managing complex international shipments and export compliance to building strong customer relationships.
