Customer Service Planner - Billericay As a key member of our team, you''ll handle a high volume of calls and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal will be to ensure jobs are booked efficiently, meeting our Service Level Agreements without overpromising.You''ll work behind the scenes, engaging with residents via phone and email, using our MSi system to allocate operatives and subcontractors.
