The RoleAs a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service across all customer contact channels through proactive and efficient case management. You’ll take ownership of each case, investigate thoroughly, and provide effective resolutions—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer communications in a professional and timely manner using appropriate channels (email, phone, etc.)
- Manage corporate customer queries end-to-end, taking full responsibility for resolution.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s services, products, and internal systems.
- Promote digital self-service tools and alternative solutions to new and existing customers.
- Actively participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance both customer experience and team performance.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Confident communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
