About the Role
This Customer Service role based in Widnes (WA8 7QF) offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience. Working Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 16:50 and Friday until 16:00, you will join a leading manufacturer of water treatment and process chemicals. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, booking them onto the system, liaising with hauliers, producing paperwork, updating trade agreements, and invoicing. You will also handle purchase order processing and authorisation for hauliers while coordinating with the production team. Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, with strong organisational and communication skills essential for success.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be: -
- Processing customer orders.
- Receiving orders and booking on to the system.
- Liaising with hauliers.
- Producing relevant paperwork.
- Updating trade agreements.
- Invoicing.
- Liaising with the production team.
- Purchase order processing.
- Purchase invoice authorisation for hauliers.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills: -
- Must have worked within a similar role previously.
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
