We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client a-leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be: -

-

• Processing customer orders.
  
  
• Receiving orders and booking on to the system.
  
  
• Liaising with hauliers.
  
  
• Producing relevant paperwork.
  
  
• Updating trade agreements.
  
  
• Invoicing.
  
  
• Liaising with the production team.
  
  
• Purchase order processing.
  
  
• Purchase invoice authorisation for hauliers.
  
  

• Must have worked within a similar role previously.
  
  
• Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently.
  
  
• Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary.
  
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
  
  
• Good attention to detail.
  
  
• Computer literate.
