Hours and Benefits Location: Chesterfield Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm Friday: 8:30am 3:30pm Salary: £26,400 per annum 31 days annual leave including bank holidays Company pension scheme Bonus scheme The Role As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring parts for specialist equipment. You will provide expert advice, process orders efficiently, and ensure excellent customer service at every stage. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills and offers the chance to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Act as the main contact for customers seeking parts, offering advice and product information. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions. Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of parts. Monitor backorders and keep customers informed of order status.
